- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Are you FREAKING kidding me. Lines from hell with waiting from hell. Absolutely ZER0 parking too. There are literally 20 handicap spots and only 5 non handicap parking spots. Stupidest location with the stupidest NON parking I've ever seen in my entire life. NO WONDER..ITS NYS. RIDICULOUS. Not to mention..when my daughter took her drivers permit test..the staff busted her chops so hard (and others) it nearly put her into tears. She was nervous enough without them adding more stress ontop of taking the test. Clearly...the staff here is way too comfortable and not at all concerned about moving faster or losing their state job.By Kim Noyfb, May 14, 2017
